  • Accepted Payment Methods: We accept UPI, NEFT, IMPS, net banking, debit cards, credit cards, wallets, and EMI (minimum ₹15,000 required).
  • Offline Payments: Cash and cheque payments are accepted (cheques must be ₹20,000 or above).
  • Authorized Payment Channels: Payments must be made through our official website indigitt.com or directly to Indian Digital Hub. Do not click on unauthorized payment links.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • All services are strictly non-refundable. No refunds will be issued once a payment is made.
  • No cancellations or modifications will be accepted after the service has been initiated.

5. Taxes & Additional Charges

  • All services are subject to an 18% GST charge as per government regulations.
  • Any third-party service costs (e.g., paid advertising, domain registration, hosting) are to be borne separately by the client.

6. Project Timelines & Delivery

  • Project timelines will be communicated before work begins.
  • Delays caused by client-side approvals, content submission, or third-party factors will not be our responsibility.

7. Intellectual Property & Ownership

  • Indigitt retains the right to use completed projects for portfolio and promotional purposes.
  • Clients receive rights to the final deliverables upon full payment, but Indigitt retains ownership of creative concepts and strategies.

8. Liability & Disclaimers

  • We are not responsible for third-party disruptions, including hosting downtime, platform updates, or ad account suspensions.
  • Indigitt is not liable for any loss of revenue or business due to digital marketing campaigns or website issues.

9. Modification of Terms

  • Indigitt reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
  • Clients are advised to check our website periodically for updates.
