3. Payment Terms
Pay in Advance (PIA): Full advance payment is required before the commencement of any service.
Accepted Payment Methods: UPI, NEFT, IMPS, net banking, debit cards, credit cards, wallets, and EMI.
EMI: Available on eligible transactions above ₹15,000, subject to the payment provider’s terms.
Offline Payments: Cash and cheque payments are accepted. Cheque payments must be ₹20,000 or above.
Authorized Payment Channels: Payments must be made only through our official website (indigitt.com) or directly to Indian Digital Hub. Indigitt is not responsible for payments made through unauthorized links or third parties.
4. Refund & Cancellation Policy
All services offered by Indigitt are strictly non-refundable.
No refunds will be issued once payment has been made.
No cancellations or modifications are allowed after service initiation.

5. Taxes & Additional Charges
All services are subject to 18% GST, as applicable under Indian law.
Any third-party costs (such as paid advertising budgets, domain registration, hosting, tools, or software subscriptions) are to be borne separately by the client unless explicitly stated otherwise.
6. Project Timelines & Delivery
Project timelines will be discussed and agreed upon before work begins.
Delays caused by client-side approvals, content submission, feedback, or third-party dependencies will not be the responsibility of Indigitt.
Timeline changes due to unforeseen circumstances will be communicated transparently.
7. Intellectual Property & Ownership
Indigitt reserves the right to showcase completed projects for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes.
Upon full payment, clients receive rights to the final deliverables.
Indigitt retains ownership of internal strategies, frameworks, methodologies, and creative concepts used during project execution.
8. Liability & Disclaimers
Indigitt is not responsible for third-party platform issues, including but not limited to hosting downtime, algorithm changes, ad account suspensions, or policy updates.
We do not guarantee specific revenue, rankings, or business outcomes from digital marketing efforts.
Indigitt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our services.
9. Modification of Terms
Indigitt reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be published on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in India.
