1. No Refund Policy

At Indigitt (Indian Digital Hub), we provide digital marketing, social media marketing, web development, and graphic design services. All our services are strictly non-refundable. Once a payment has been made, no refunds or cancellations will be processed under any circumstances.

2. Payment Terms

  • Full advance payment (PIA) is required before any service begins.
  • Accepted payment methods: UPI, NEFT, IMPS, net banking, debit card, credit card, wallets, and EMI (minimum ₹15,000 required).
  • Offline payments via cash and cheque are accepted (cheque payments must be ₹20,000 or above).

3. No Exceptions for Refunds

All services provided by Indigitt are strictly non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • PPC (Pay-Per-Click Advertising)
  • Social Media Marketing (SMM)
  • Web Development & Website Design
  • Branding & Graphic Design
  • Content Marketing & Copywriting
  • Paid Advertising & Lead Generation
  • Email Marketing & Automation
  • Influencer Marketing & PR Campaigns

Once a service is purchased and initiated, no refunds or cancellations will be entertained.

4. Disputes & Chargebacks

  • Clients must contact us for any concerns before raising disputes.
  • Unauthorized chargebacks will be contested, and legal action may be taken if necessary.
